King-Fusion – a melting pot of royal and modern, Vietnamese and Chinese, west and international, comfortable and decorative, snugly and descreet, cosy and elegant. In the evening hours we offer dance- and lounge- music, cocktails and our delicious Asian fusion cuisine. Our top bar keeper mixes cocktail classics and trendy Asia creations.

So much of Asia and much of international cooking – what could be better but a fusion of their similiar, but different streams, experiences, know-hows and art of cooking? No sooner said than done!

Now it was up to find out the right name. Why not FUSION? Kim and Long was merged to “King-Fusion”.

Am Tag der Eröffnung hatte ich die Gelegenheit verschiedene Gerichte zu probieren und etwas über die Idee hinter der Speisekarte zu erfahren. Beides hat mich begeistert. Wenn das Niveau der Speisen gehalten wird und die Düsseldorfer ihrem neuen Nachbarn eine Chance gibt, dann wird das King Fusion eine besondere Adresse für schöne Stunden werden. I'll be back.
