King Fusion is more than just exclusive high-class food.
With the opening of our restaurant, we, Kim and Long, have fused the strengths and experiences from over 15 years of culinary art.
Because, in addition to years of friendship, we also share the same passion for Asian cuisine. Kim, born in Germany with Vietnamese roots, is one of the best sushi masters in all of Germany. Long, born in Austria with Chinese roots, is one of the best chefs in the Thai and Chinese culinary scenes.
So much Asia, so much internationality—what could be better than a fusion of our similar yet different streams, our expertise, our passion?
From Kim and Long came “King,” and thus we created “King Fusion.”
